I came to reflexology after having received treatment for Asthma that came on later in my life which I found to be personally beneficial for me in many ways.

I believe that the holistic approach of Reflexology as with many other complimentary therapies is to offer you a treatment that takes into account your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing therefore treating you as a whole person rather than just your symptoms in isolation. Reflexology does not claim to cure or diagnose medical conditions.

I have continued my own personal development by learning Reiki, Hopi Ear Candling and Massage which I now also offer as treatments.

Before training as a reflexologist, I worked for many years in the customer Services and Education Sectors. This means that I am well-placed to understand the effects that stress in the workplace can bring and how Reflexology may help.
